Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Assemble (the “Service”), operated from assembleforge.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account and for the staff you invite.

2. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful or malicious content.
• No attempt to access other tenants' data, probe the platform or disrupt the Service.
• No uploading of malware. Files are scanned and may be rejected.

3. Your content

You own the content you put on the Service. You grant us the limited right to host, process and display it solely to operate the Service for you.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in INR; taxes are extra. You are responsible for your own payment gateway and for obligations to your customers — Assemble does not handle your customers' funds.

5. Apps and Themes

Third-party Apps and Themes are provided by their publishers under their own terms. We may disable any App that harms the platform or other tenants.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You may export your data before closing your account.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India.
