Refund Policy

Cancellation

Cancel any time from your admin. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; it then moves to the Free plan.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: not refundable once the period has started, except where required by law.
• Yearly plans: refundable in full within 7 days of the first payment if you have not exceeded Free-plan limits; afterwards, not refundable.
• Billing errors: duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full.

How to request

Email us from your account address with your store name. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
